Rosewood House Return Policy

At Rosewood House, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

  • ONLINE ONLY ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS you must contact Rosewood House for a return authorization code. Customer is responsible for shipping fees and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Pop-Up Events and regular non-online only products needing returned must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Jewelry & accessories (for hygiene reasons)
    • Books
    • Home Decor
    • Intimates & swimwear
    • Clearance or discounted items
    • Custom or personalized pieces

How to Return

  1. In-Store Returns: Visit us at our pop-up event with your receipt for a quick exchange or refund.
  2. Online Returns: Email us at shop@rwhouse.store to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  3. ONLINE ONLY PRODUCTS must be returned by mail and initiated within 5 days of receipt of product. Address and return authorization code will be given once return has been initiated by the customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive store credit.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

Store Credit & Gift Returns

  • Items returned past the 10-day window may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
